Nippon Paint is a worldwide famous enterprise in the field of coating production, whilst German B&K Group enjoys specific technology in automotive coating production and a stable source of customers. The two companies decide to establish an Equity joint venture (EJV) in China as to concentrate relative advantages of each other. Mr. Chambers Yang, as a permanent legal advisor appointed by Nippon Paint (China) Co., Ltd., provides all-round legal services for the EJV project, including drafting and modification of EJV contracts both in Chinese and English, the articles of association, technology license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, OEM contracts, the feasibility study reports, etc.
