Legal Services on Rights and Interests Transfer of Real Estate of SOHO Times Building

The project, near the Shanghai Railway Station, was cooperatively developed by three companies in Shanghai and Shanxi, but it was stopped by the shortage of money. It was transferred twice, and was wholly acquired by a company from Taiwan and reformed into SOHO Times Building. The process involved the transformation of use of building and of sales orientation and some other important legal issues.
